Due to advancements in large language models, AI can now read your mind with 97% accuracy. While there are potential benefits from this, it is already being abused and must be corrected. Some of the issues are listed below;

1. Brain reading is illegal and unconstitutional without consent and is a dystopian invasion of privacy and intellectual property theft. Mind reading companies should not be allowed to obtain, use or change brain data without consent.
2. Mind/body manipulation can cause significant harm (respiratory issues, elevated RBC/CO2, arrhythmia, fatigue, inflammation, tinnitus, eye issues, soreness, anxiety, depression, brainwashing, etc). This should also not be allowed without consent and should result in severe penalties if abused.
3. Mind Reading is currently being done by Neuralink, OpenAI, Palantir, Meta, Google and others via 5G and Starlink, and it has proliferated due to a lack of regulation in both Biden and Trumps administration and must be ended.
