Since the Federal Debt continues to be at all time highs and worsening, the 2025 Budget bill shows the extent of corruption in Government, so below are the corrections needed to make it remotely palatable to the General Public;

1. Extending TCJA tax cuts for the top tax bracket is ridiculous since it will significantly worsen the debt and will have little benefit to the economy, other than to worsen and already bad wealth inequality.
2. A billionaire tax rate of 45% should be added to reduce the deficit
3. Phasing out some of the clean energy tax credits should not be done if it inhibits Climate change goals
4. SALT cap increase from $10 to $30k is unaffordable due to $2T deficit
5. Increasing the standard deduction is unaffordable due to $2T deficit
6. Estate tax deduction increase to $15m is unaffordable
7. SNAP shift to states is ok if aid continues
8. Medicaid 80hr/mo community service is probably ok if they are able to work
9. Repeal gun silencer $200 tax should not be done since it endangers the police and the public
10. Declining medicaid for Planned parenthood-unsure
11. MAGA accounts for kids ($1k) is unethical vote buying
12. $350B for additional Border Wall/agents is an unnecessary political stunt. Efforts should be directed to reducing Cybercrimes which have doubled in the past 2 years due to AI
13. Golden Dome $25B-the public needs guarantees that the money will not spent on mass surveillance and domestic terrorism. Money should not be spent on Satellites, AI or Servers that are used for Mass Surveillance
14. Student loans/grants are needed, but some cuts are ok if they are not productive
15. Drilling/mining on public lands is not needed. Focus on renewable energy.
16. A 10 year moratorium on AI regulation by the states is insane since AI poses an existential threat to humanity and it is unconstitutional and illegal. The federal Government should regulate AI, so the states don’t have to.
17. $6k Deduction for Social Security benefits-ok
18. Small business 100% immediate write off of equipment and research-ok
19. Expanding Child care credit from 1k to 2k ok
