Since we are all witnessing our descent into a dystopian future, I thought I’d list the movies that I have found to be the most relevant along with a message that it is never to late to turn this around.
Dr Sleep – a gang of psychopaths suck the life out of psychics to extend their life and increase their powers (see The Rodent Network)
1984 – totalitarian regime spies on and controls the public with lies and disinformation
Hunger Games – dystopian future where the degenerate wealthy exploit the impoverished public for sport (plutocracy)
Live Free & Die Hard – a deluded gang of cyber criminals launches cyber attacks on the power grid, airlines, water/sewer, communications, transportation, etc (silicon valley mafia)
Anon – dystopian future where the Government can read your mind and spy on everyone 24/7 and record their thoughts (already happening)
The Matrix – AI has taken over the world and people are living in a simulation and exploited for their energy (we are exploited for our intellectual property)
Ready Player One – dystopian future where everyone spends their money in a simulated Metaverse but live in poverty
Star Wars – imperial forces attack rebel cities with lasers and storm troopers (masers in our case)
Terminator – AI takes over weapons, planes, drones, missiles, DEWs, and communications systems to destroy humanity (Autonomous AI weapons are here)
