According to the FBI, Cybercrimes are up 35% in 2024 and 50% in 2025 due to unregulated AI and poor enforcement of existing laws, and it is impacting me and many others across the country (Scientists, Engineers, Business, etc) so this should be a major priority for federal, state and local governments.

Major Issues

1. Big tech/Billionaires are spying on me 24/7 since 2019 to steal valuable Intellectual property from my phone, PC, etc w/o credit or compensation
2. They are using cell towers/satellites to spy, steal and censure me from complaining with respiratory issues, fatigue, inflammation, tinnitus, numbness, blurred vision, skin burns, early waking, high RBC/BP, since 2/23
3. Neighbors Dean Booth (2/23) and Adam Grieper (5/24) are spying on me, intruding into my PC, Phone and attacking me with radiation. They allegedly work for Elon Musk, Taylor Swift and Trump. Adam installed a sonic device along the fence that has been waking me up.
4. The local police say it is an FBI issue but the FBI have done nothing
5. The FBI says Cybercrimes have doubled in 23/24 and others are reporting similar issues (scientists, engineers, major companies, etc). There were also >20 Airline incidences in ‘25 that appeared to be cybercrimes.

Causes

1. Big tech AI/LLM has grown rapidly since ChatGPT was introduced in 11/22 and proliferated due to a lack of regulation.
2. AI agents are capable of intruding into computer systems, iOT devices and non-iOT devices wirelessly to cause harm
3. There is a web of Cyber criminals that have open access to AI agents/tools that facilitate intrusion and criminal acts
4. The US Government and Big tech are engaging in mass surveillance for IP theft and political manipulation and have not regulated AI

AI Mind Reading is a Reality

Big Tech companies are using AI Large Language Models for mind reading and are further along that reported by the media;

1. Big tech uses AI/LLM and phased array antennas in the wireless 5G network and Starlink to read your thoughts remotely by contacting the nerves under your skin
2. This is being done by XAI, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Palantir, Amazon, BrainLLM, etc with 97% accuracy
3. My thoughts show up on twitter, youtube, facebook, amazon, etc (and many others)
4. They can respond to your thoughts by manipulating your body to cause leg movements, Arrhythmia, High RBC/BP, body pain, subliminal thoughts, images, etc
5. This results in spying, corruption, intellectual property theft, insider trading/sports, etc and is not being regulated by the Gov or Big Tech due to corruption

Why is this Occurring?

1. The Government and Big tech say we must achieve AI supremacy and it requires unregulated AI but Big tech and Government insiders are profiting massively from stealing intellectual property, censoring competition and using it for political manipulation and cronyism
2. Big tech is saying that AI will be able to do everything and everyone will benefit but they are grossly exaggerating the potential of AI and they are the ones mainly benefiting from these unconstitutional programs
3. Trump says that the US should do mass surveillance and IP theft since China is doing the same but China has a poor civil rights record and the US has a much higher GDP per capita due to more innovation and IP rights

What can be done?

1. Demand that congress regulate AI/5G so AI programs cannot violate the law or the constitution and that it benefits the public rather than just the wealthy
2. FISA must be reformed and severely curtailed to prevent Government/Big Tech from spying on US citizens
3. We need campaign finance limits to ensure the wealthy cannot control government and prevent corruptionnn
4. The Gov/Big tech must end its unconstitutional Mass Surveillance of US citizens and AI Mind Reading
5. The medical community must address microwave radiation since it has long been known to cause illness and it is affecting many others
6. Their is only a small number of degenerates responsible for this so people/business must continue protesting, boycotting and striking (PBS) against the Government, Big Tech, Media/Hollywood and the Wealthy until it changes
